Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support and elevate performance across 10 Resin Regeneration plants in the United States
• Partner closely with operations and business leaders to standardize processes and improve productivity
• Drive end‑to‑end improvement initiatives focused on standardizing processes
• Apply Lean and CI methodologies to a non‑standard manufacturing environment
• Plan, lead, and manage improvement projects from concept through implementation and sustainment
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends and improve
• Deliver training and coaching in practical CI tools and concepts

• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required
• At least four years of relevant experience or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong foundation in process improvement
• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or project‑based operational improvement
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Hands‑on application of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Comfort working in environments where processes are similar but inconsistently applied
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Demonstrates expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, to enhance operational efficiency across manufacturing environments. Proven ability to lead projects from concept to implementation while delivering training and coaching in practical CI tools.
