We have a variety of general labor positions available throughout our facilities. Previous manufacturing experience is not required; a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team are essential. Duties may include mixing, weighing, packaging, or supplying production lines. All work must comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards.

• Inspect product for quality and foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Correctly place product on lines, in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Reading and writing in English preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• This is a manufacturing environment with exposure to machines, noise, and temperature variations.
• All employees must work collaboratively and communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Must be able to work overtime and across shifts as required by staffing needs and customer demand.

• Ability to stand and use hands continuously during the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Work environment may be very cold or very warm, depending on location.

Starting Pay: $18.35/hr a comprehensive benefits package is offered to full‑time employees, including health, dental, registered pension plan, and wellness benefits after a qualifying period.
