Aegis Worldwide is recruiting an Assembly Supervisor for the 2nd Shift in Cary, IL. You will lead 25–35 hourly production employees in a fast‑paced discrete manufacturing environment, drive safety, quality and productivity, and coach a team through continuous improvement initiatives.
This direct hire role includes a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM schedule (extension to 1:00 AM if needed) with 4–5 weeks of first‑shift training and a salary range of $60,000–$75,000.
