Three Sixty Wealth Management is a relationship-driven RIA serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families with comprehensive planning, investment management, and multi-generational wealth strategies. We are seeking a Marketing Ambassador to help us tell our story, expand our reach, and support the firm’s continued growth through thoughtful brand presence, lead generation, and business development support.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, brand identity, digital presence, and growth strategy. You will work directly with leadership to ensure the firm’s message is consistent, professional, and visible across platforms while helping turn awareness into real opportunities.
What You’ll Do Brand Identity & Messaging- Maintain consistency of the firm’s brand across all materials and platforms
- Assist in refining messaging for website, brochures, presentations, and client materials
- Ensure visual and written brand standards are upheld
- Support creation of marketing collateral for advisors and client events
- Manage and schedule content across Linked In and other appropriate platforms
- Create educational, professional, and engaging posts aligned with the firm’s voice
- Coordinate graphics, captions, and posting calendar
- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
- Assist with website updates and content refreshes
- Build and manage marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified prospects
- Support email campaigns, newsletters, and digital outreach
- Maintain prospect lists and segmentation within CRM
- Track marketing metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
- Research and identify new opportunities for visibility and outreach
- Assist advisors with materials for prospect meetings and presentations
- Support coordination of client events, seminars, and appreciation functions
- Help implement referral and professional partner outreach initiatives
- Prepare follow-up materials for prospective clients
- Maintain accuracy of contact lists for marketing use
- Build CRM reports and lists for campaigns and communications
- Track prospect activity and movement through the pipeline
- The firm has a consistent, professional, and visible brand presence
- Social media and digital platforms reflect the quality of the firm
- Advisors are supported with polished marketing and prospect materials
- Lead flow and prospect engagement steadily improve
- Marketing efforts are organized, measurable, and aligned with growth goals
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong writer with an eye for design and brand consistency
- Comfortable with social media platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools
- Interested in marketing within professional services or financial services
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Familiar with Canva, email marketing tools, and content scheduling platforms (preferred)

Compensation:Salary Range $45,000 - $60,000 + Bonus
