Through engaging stories, relatable characters, and evidence-informed resources, Ripple helps children and the adults who support them navigate school anxiety, big emotions, and new experiences with confidence.

You'll work directly with Ripple's creators to capture behind-the-scenes moments, create engaging short-form video content, brainstorm creative ideas, and help grow an authentic online community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands current social media trends, and wants to help build a meaningful children's brand from its earliest stages.
Responsibilities include:- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
- Capture photos and video during weekly in-office content days.

- Has strong writing skills and can create engaging, conversational captions.
- Is organized, reliable, and able to manage projects independently.
