Senior Director, Launch Excellence

Responsibilities

• Partner with global launch asset teams from T-36 to T+12
• Provide expertise and insights to inform launch strategies
• Leverage best practices to elevate launch strategies
• Focus on key strategic components of brand building (Launch Stage Gates)
• Provide qualitative and quantitative perspective on LSGs and progress reports to leadership
• Troubleshoot critical launch plan and marketing performance gaps
• Implement new marketing models to strengthen launch plans
• Collaborate to elevate launch strategy excellence

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of experience in marketing across a number of categories/industries
• Successful track record of creating and executing marketing strategies in major markets
• Strong subject matter expertise in strategic marketing fundamentals (Brand Positioning, Creative Development, Launch Execution, Measurement)
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analyses
• Collaborative experience across functions and geographies
• Executive presence to partner and influence senior leaders
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong project and time management skills
• Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information
• Ability to manage and coach peers and teams
• Flexibility to work US time zones regularly
