We Are Looking For Apaid Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving our digital marketing and lead generation efforts. This is a hands‑on, specialist-level position for someone who can confidently manage campaigns, work with data, optimize performance, and contribute strategic ideas. You’ll work across paid advertising, CRM, lead generation, social media, and other marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results and supporting business growth.

• Manage execution of paid campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta as well as Tik Tok.
• Build and run nurture sequences in the CRM, modeled on Leadership's lead conversion plan.
• Manage lead capture assets: brochure requests, callback and advisor requests, forms, pop-ups, and conversion landing pages.
• Run organic social across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In and other channels
• Produce performance reporting
• Execute other marketing campaigns and programs

• Must have 3-5 years of paid marketing experience, including Google and Meta
• Must have experience working with U.S. based clients as a direct report or account manager
• Must have extensive experience using data analytics tools, CRM platforms and other marketing tools
• Travel industry related experience a plus
