Overview
OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, a Level II trauma center located in Bloomington, IL, offers six operating rooms, a recently acquired da Vinci Surgical System and Mako Robotic‑Assisted Technology.
Responsibilities- Pre‑anesthesia assessment
- Obtain and/or verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor the patient's physiological condition
- Perform clinical interventions as needed
- Perform regional blocks
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
- Fully accredited by The Joint Commission
- Designated a magnet hospital
- Named a Top U.S. Hospital by the Leapfrog Group
- Salary: W2 $ 175/hr, 1099: $180/hr
