Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care is seeking a Resource RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, nursing facilities, or long-term care settings. You will administer medications and support the plan of care, with a rotating schedule including 2 eight-hour shifts and 2 twelve-hour shifts on weekends/holidays.
Required:
Current RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in public health, home care, or hospice; valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
