Outpatient RN CAP 1 Role
The Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry-level registered nurse responsible for delivering and coordinating high-quality care for patients, primarily involving hemodialysis treatment.
Responsibilities- Patient assessment, treatment planning, medication administration, education, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Delegate tasks to care staff.
- Assist with emergency response and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Maintain physical stamina for patient handling, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Nursing licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Nephrology experience preferred.
- Experience and training requirements met for supervision of care staff.
