    • Full-Time RN: $33.46-$34.04/hour
    • Shift Differentials Available:
      • RN Paid-In-Lieu-of-Benefits (PIB): $45.00/hour
      • RN PRN: $43.00/hour + applicable shift differentials
  • Flexible Scheduling
    • Day Shift: 6:00am-6:00pm
    • Night Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am
    • PRN (On-call, minimum 4 shifts per month and 1 weekend shift per month)

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
  • Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
  • Support a positive and respectful care environment
Required Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living
  • Passion for serving older adults
