Registered Nurse - Senior Living & Skilled Nursing

Lutheran Life Communities is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to older adults in our faith-based senior living community. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate individualized care plans across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, support CNAs, and communicate with families, all while upholding resident dignity, safety, and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team and families
• Monitor resident conditions, document accurately, and report changes to providers
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
• Support CNAs and other team members, providing guidance and clinical oversight
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, infection control, and safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident care conferences
