As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces by performing mowing tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring that lawns and other outdoor areas are well-groomed and visually appealing. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. • Adheres to all safety precautions.
• Follows written and verbal instructions from the Landscaping leader and clients.
• Perform regular lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Safely operate and maintain mowing equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring that all tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Removes snow, ice, and leaves as needed.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Experience operating zero turns and other mowing equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lifts 50 pounds and handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing.

Experience in ground maintenance preferred.
