Pay: $18.00-$22.00

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our landscaping team. As a Landscaping Crew Member, you’ll be working long days outdoors, assisting with a variety of tasks to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. Experience is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform digging, raking, planting, mulching, and sod installation
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment (training provided if needed)
• Follow directions from the crew leader or supervisor
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended hours

• Ability to perform physical labor (lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods)
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work hard each day
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license is required
