Veterinary Technician - Credentialed

Overview

Hawthorne Park Animal Care Center in Bloomington, IL is looking to hire a full-time Certified Veterinary Technician. We are a 4-veterinarian small animal practice with 15 staff members including 6 CVTs. Our practice is mainly canine and feline medicine and surgery, with a substantial rehabilitation component that includes laser therapy and hydrotherapy.

• Support veterinarians in small animal medicine and surgery.
• Assist with canine rehabilitation therapies, including laser therapy and hydrotherapy.
• Maintain patient records and provide high-quality patient care and client communication.
• Collaborate with a team of veterinarians and staff to deliver excellent care.

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or equivalent; full-time availability.
• Good technical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a small animal practice focused on canine and feline medicine and surgery.
