Our client is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to take on a leadership-focused role within an established companion animal practice. The position combines hands-on clinical work with responsibility for supporting medical standards, guiding colleagues and helping shape the continued development of the hospital. The caseload includes comprehensive canine and feline care, with particular value placed on confidence in soft-tissue surgery and dentistry.
This opportunity would suit an experienced veterinarian who is motivated by both clinical medicine and team leadership. The working pattern offers a strong lifestyle balance, with weekday opening hours only and no weekend schedule. The successful candidate will also have access to in-house laboratory testing, digital radiography and surgical laser technology, supported by an experienced clinical and support team.
