• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in Goodwill of North Georgia Retail stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Support a guest‑friendly culture by greeting every guest, delivering an excellent brand, and suggesting additional treasures.
• Display a professional, patient, and people‑first attitude with guests.
• Effectively transition product to the retail sales floor with attention to detail and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Recommend, upsell merchandise, and round up during transactions.
• Accurately handle point‑of‑sale transactions with guests.
• Identify and quickly solve problems or seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, and guests.
• Promote cooperation and teamwork with peers.
• Follow training playbooks, e‑learning, and work instructions consistently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and retail sales floor at all times.
• Follow safety and security practices, reporting hazards and injuries to management.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to wear suitable safety work shoes.
• Must be able to work in all types of conditions including heat, cold, and dust.
• Must meet physical requirements: bend, reach, grasp, stand, walk for extended periods, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation.
