Shift Supervisors will oversee day‑to‑day shop operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service and a positive experience for all customers.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Build and lead a high‑performance team of hourly team members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by fostering a culture that welcomes and values each employee’s individuality.

• Two years of relevant experience.
• One year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to an equitable, unbiased culture where employees can showcase originality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0‑10 %.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
