Warehouse Associate

Pay Range

$17.04 - $21.40

As a warehouse associate at Floor & Decor, you are the backbone of our retail location. Your key responsibilities will include compiling orders, replenishing and moving merchandise, and loading items for customers on the sales floor or into vehicles. You’ll be checking inventory, interacting with customers, and operating a forklift. Friendly, organized, hard‑working individuals who thrive in a warehouse environment are encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate compliance with the company’s safety processes.

• Restock the show floor with product.
• Organize merchandise to company standards to ensure customers may shop with ease.
• Load out customers with the correct product.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Pass a drug test if required by state law.

Occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. Noise level is typically quiet to moderate.

Ability to exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, or 20–30 pounds frequently, and/or more than negligible up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Use of hands and fingers to handle or feel. Frequent standing, walking, reaching with arms and hands, climbing or balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
