Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant

• Complete the physical onsite inventory process, including driving to and from loss locations, physically inventorying contents, and uploading field-work data to the server.
• Assist with physical onsite inventory of total-loss contents items under the direction of the Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.
• Track time and log file notes for the day's field activity.
• Oversee necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs.
• Maintain daily care and maintenance of all equipment.
• Conform with and abide by regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the organization's quality programs.
• Travel as required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Good comprehensive decision making skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy language.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to kneel, squat and/or bend.
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions.
• Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and/or reach overhead.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to drive up to 8 hours per day and/or ride for an extended period.
• Must have continual use of manual dexterity.

Demonstrates strong physical inventory skills, including the ability to perform onsite evaluations and maintain equipment. Exhibits effective communication and decision-making abilities while adhering to organizational policies and quality programs.
