We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our Mazda of Bloomington team. If you are energetic, organized, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Position Type:Full-Time
Compensation:Hourly + Commission
Responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls
- Respond to and follow up on all internet inquiries via phone and email
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for customers with Sales Consultants
- Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
- Communicate effectively with customers and all dealership departments
- Provide new customers with a positive and professional first impression of the dealership
- Friendly with a positive, professional attitude
- Enjoys speaking on the phone and assisting customers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to follow direction, adapt to change, and work well under pressure
- Ability to professionally de-escalate and resolve customer concerns
- Committed to customer service and satisfaction
