- Generate retail sales by using enthusiasm for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.

- Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete, top‑down sales solution.
- Close sales by using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services.
- Opportunity to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.
Base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 annually in individual commissions if all sales goals are achieved. Top performers can earn an additional $14,500 or more, potentially reaching $65,000–$75,500 per year. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked and performance.

Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedules provided four weeks in advance)
- Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods (summer, November‑December, vacation periods)
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience working in a commission‑based environment
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Customer service experience
