We’re partnering with a well-established, industry-leading medical device company to identify a high-performing Territory Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, clinical environment and enjoys being directly involved in surgical procedures and case support.

About the Role:

• Active presence in the Operating Room and procedural settings
• Provide clinical support and product expertise during cases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff
• Drive business growth within an assigned territory
• Represent a portfolio of innovative, cutting-edge medical technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven medical device sales experience (hospital/OR experience strongly preferred)
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to operate in high-pressure environments
• Relationship-driven with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets
