The Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bloomington, IL. This role is responsible for representing client brands in person, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness across various touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with prospective and existing customers, delivering clear and consistent brand messaging, and providing excellent customer service during events, in-store activations, and community outreach. The Brand Representative will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, gather customer feedback, and report on engagement outcomes.

The role also involves maintaining a professional appearance, staying informed about brand offerings, and contributing ideas to improve brand presence and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and ensure a high-quality experience for customers.
• Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent client brands accurately and consistently in all interactions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening, to convey key messages and respond to customer inquiries.
• Experience in retail, promotions, or field marketing is beneficial, as well as familiarity with basic sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
• Ability to work on-site in Bloomington, IL, stand for extended periods, and adapt to a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
• Reliable time management, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with further education in marketing, communications, or business considered a plus.
