JX Enterprises, Inc. offers a Business Development Trainee Program in Bloomington, IL. This full-time, 2-year program develops future business development executives with a focus on proactive sales and customer engagement within Parts, Service, and Rental divisions.
Upon completion, trainees transition to a Business Development Representative role, handling the full sales cycle for In-Stock Trucks, Parts, and Service, using CRM and Smart Spec tools. CDL preferred or obtainable is encouraged.
