• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work scheduled hours between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends; receive seniority‑based schedules two weeks in advance.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.

Retail Sales Consultant’s earnings range from $40,000 to $63,000, inclusive of base pay and uncapped commission opportunities. Salary range may vary by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is contingent upon meeting or exceeding sales goals.
