Responsibilities
- Identifies the market (sales and profits) potential in the geographical locations of the district
- Implements various sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase branch revenue
- Actively manages the district aggregate prospect pipeline
- Ensures corporate sales training programs are implemented
- Manages the training of sales professionals utilizing various training methods
- Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management, or the equivalent in related work experience
- Ten or more years of sales experience, including five to seven years of sales management experience, or the equivalent in related work experience
- Demonstrates a solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
