Sales Executive

Position Summary

Strategic Development Manager – responsible for driving net‑new logo sales in the mid‑market segment for HRMS/Payroll solutions. The role involves hunting new accounts, presenting HCM products, and closing complex deals across diverse industries.

• Consistently exceed sales quotas and grow market share.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals for mid‑market customers.
• Present HCM and Payroll solutions to key decision makers and end users within the assigned territory.
• Maintain deep knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and market trends.
• Utilize a variety of prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive written and verbal communication, including executive presentations.
• Organize and manage the sales cycle from discovery to close.

• 3–5 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• Experience as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of HCM technology and its application to business outcomes.

30–40% domestic travel is expected.

Base salary range: $115,000 annually, with performance‑based incentive compensation. Total earnings can exceed the base through commissions and restricted stock units. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
