Territory Business Manager - St Louis - East

The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and drive product awareness and utilization within the St. Louis East territory.

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
• Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals in assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and meet legal/compliance regulations
• Utilize marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
• Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
• Apply critical thinking and a strategic mindset to sell in a changing healthcare environment and gain customer access
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs
• Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations
• Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly at all times

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
• Strong urgency and customer-service orientation
• Ability to travel as required by territory
