Security Officer - Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and associate interactions, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns to site leadership;
Support access control practices, assist with crowd management during busy periods, and provide directions and general assistance to visitors, customers, and/or staff
