Security Officer - Part Time Lobby

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, checking identification and/or credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity in accordance with site policies.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, management, and/or emergency services as needed.;
Support front desk operations by answering phones, directing guests, maintaining logs and reports, and communicating clearly with staff regarding security-related concerns.;
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining a professional presence, observing activity in the lobby and reception area, and reporting unusual behavior or conditions promptly.
