Security Officer - Lobby Reception

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and assigned security-related duties at a food and beverage location;
Monitor access at the front desk by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or visitor records, issuing passes as directed, and documenting arrivals and departures;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate;
Answer phones, support front desk communications, and complete logs, reports, and other administrative records related to daily security-related activities;
Help to deter unauthorized access and policy violations by maintaining awareness of lobby activity, following post orders, and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
