Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and emergency response protocols within a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entry points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious behavior through proper channels;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and assist with security-related procedures during alarms, evacuations, and other site events as directed;
