Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues observed during patrols;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
