Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Thursday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Friday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Saturday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Sunday: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site‑specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or security‑related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, observe building activity, and help deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or disturbances through visible presence and professional interaction.
• Support property operations by reporting hazards, assisting with directional questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and/or site contacts regarding security‑related procedures.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
