Security Officer - Driver Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, common areas, and exterior spaces for security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues, reporting findings through proper channels;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Assist with visitor directions, checking credentials when required, and following post orders related to after-hours access, deliveries, and property rules
