The Mobile Analyst position is responsible for maintaining the GROWMARK mobile and infrastructure devices connected to cellular services, including corporate offices, corporate facilities, and retail company offices that are connected to the GROWMARK cellular services.
Essential Job Functions- Provides the installation, administration, and maintenance of core cellular services.
- Provides support and troubleshooting for GROWMARK employee’s mobile hardware including cell phones, iPads and Mifis as well as facility infrastructure devices including cradle points.
- Consults directly with clients throughout the GROWMARK System regarding the appropriate use of mobile technologies and aids with the design, installation, and support of mobile cellular systems.
- Provides recommendations, planning, reconciliation and support of all mobile devices and plans.
- Maintains corporate cellular inventory and asset tracking through a management system.
- Answers GROWMARK switchboard console.
- Analyzes and processes monthly telecommunication invoices for payment.
- Prepares monthly status reports, project summaries, and technical recommendations.
- Maintains system updates for telecom equipment at corporate and remote locations.
- Attends training classes, seminars and conferences as required.
- Provides training of telecom hardware and software, and makes formal presentations to clients throughout the GROWMARK system as required.
- Assists with administration of telecom maintenance and support agreements.
- Follows GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Normally requires an associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent thereof, and 3 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of information technology.
- Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
- Occasionally required to work non‑standard or extended hours.
- Must carry a mobile communication device and respond to after‑hours support calls.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight.
- Occasionally required to lift 21-50 lbs.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK’s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
