The position will work with the customer and other team members to provide outstanding customer service. This position includes installing trim, flooring, cabinetry, and some framing. Additional work outside of daily responsibilities may include any after‑hours calls.

• Install materials based on scope of work set by 1-800 Water Damage estimators or insurance adjuster.
• Manage construction site and carpenter daily scheduling.
• Update RMS for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer.
• Update Xact Analysis / Alacrity / Lions Bridge daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, internal and field staff.
• Ensure job done on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Gain knowledge of trade in fire, water & mold damage restoration and reconstruction.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Possible experience within the industry.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License and a safe driving record.
• Exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, with sound problem‑solving ability.
• Be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands & arms, and talk or hear.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
