Commercial Maintenance Technician

SVN Core 3 is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. • Execute daily work orders generated by tenant requests and Property Managers ranging from minor repairs to routine preventative maintenance.
• Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC maintenance.
• Liaise with tenants regarding work order status, scheduling, and resolution with a high level of professionalism.
• Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and within required timelines.
• Accurately log work hours, materials, and completion notes daily via a company‑provided mobile device.
• Participate in a rotating after‑hours on‑call schedule.

• Experience:
  
  At least 3 years of professional maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in general building repairs.
• Requirements:
  Must possess a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks.

  Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
