Augment Human Resource Services is now hiring a General Laborer to support day‑to‑day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.

• Assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.
• Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
• Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
• Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
• Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.

• Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.

• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑minded.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Outdoor and industrial setting – expect exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and varying weather.
