• Operate wheel loaders, skid steers, or salt trucks to remove snow and ice from designated areas
• Maintain safe and accessible parking lots, driveways, and pathways for customers
• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, often working overnight and in challenging weather conditions
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while operating equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding site conditions and progress

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, or salt trucks
• Dependable and safety-focused work ethic
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability during snow events
• Ability to work long shifts, including overnight hours, during storms
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
• Punctuality and strong attendance record

$40.00 per hour
