Position:
Java Angular Developer
Duration: 12+ months – contract

Bloomington, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite a week)

Develop and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using Angular and Java. Build responsive and user‑friendly UI components following best coding practices and client standards.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product owners, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
Ensure code quality by writing unit tests and performing debugging and troubleshooting. Utilize version control systems such as Git for source code management. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance application performance and usability.
Work in Agile Scrum teams to deliver iterative product increments and meet sprint goals.
Roles and Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performing web applications using Angular and Java.
- Develop UI pages with strong expertise in Angular ensuring responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Follow coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Conduct unit testing and support integration testing activities.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve technical issues.
