Class A drivers with one year verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years are expected to earn a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and enjoy great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

Deliveries are 100% touch: freight is preloaded, trailer is hook-and-go. Drivers average pay is $2190 per week with deliveries running the Midwest and Southeast. All benefits start after 60 days. Training takes 3-5 days on the account; after which driver can bring a rider and a pet.

Drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends) and may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. Rider and pet may be brought after completion of training.

Only a urine drug test is required. Applicants who have ever failed or refused any type of drug test, even if completed SAP and regardless of how long ago the incident occurred, are not eligible for hire.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just in IA. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Daily salary of $215 plus $300 for every trailer unloaded. Drivers average about 900-1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes weighing between 1-35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there, as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• After a 34-hour reset at home, drivers may still be on a load. When the week starts, they finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals, and drivers are paid $85 per day for orientation.
• Training is generally 3-5 days, paid at the daily rate of $215.
• After training, rider and a dog may be brought while running.

• Must live in any of the following states and areas: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS.
• Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN.
• Within 200 miles of Marquette, MI.
• Either 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA.
• Either 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS.
• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be in state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years except for major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, rollovers, or termination from the most recent job in the last year.
• May have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or using handheld device.
• No felonies in the last 7 years (non‑violent for any sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
