Required:

19 years of age

• Required:
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License with no major moving violations in the past three years. Motor Vehicle report (MVR) must be provided for review.
• Your own motor vehicle to drive.
• Valid registration of licensed 4 wheeled motor vehicle for road use.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance with limits determined by Avanti's insurance carrier (See Below). A new certificate or declaration of coverage must be provided every 6 months.

• Preferred:
  Valid Illinois Driver’s License with no major moving violations in the past ten years.

• Bodily Injury Liability: $100,000 per person; $300,00 per accident
• Property Damage Insurance: $50,000 each accident

All items listed should be taken to read that the individual already has these skills or has the ability to rapidly acquire them.

• Good speaking voice with clear enunciation and pleasant tone; good listening skills
• Ability to read and coordinate food orders from computer tickets.
• Ability to read recipes and execute preparation instructions.
• Understanding and practice working under food service sanitation regulations.
• Knowledge of store menu, prices and products.
• Courteous, professional interaction with diverse types of persons.
• High sense of urgency.
• Good driving record and knowledge of delivery area.
• Ability to handle large amounts of cash accurately.

Work will be done mostly in a delivery vehicle with the accompanying hazards of bad weather and traffic, partly in a working food service carry out/delivery assembly area with extremes of temperature, crowded conditions, noise and rapidly moving foot traffic. There will be consistent order packing and loading activities during the entire work shift.
