Detailed Earning Breakdown
Your financial stability is our priority. Here is exactly what you will earn as you progress:
- Weeks 1–6 (With Trainer):
Receive a fixed salary of $650 every week during your learning phase. - First 3 Months Solo:
Earn $0.56 per mile with a secure safety net of $1,000 minimum guaranteed weekly. - Future Outlook:
Move to a higher scale of $0.56–$0.64 per mile after month 3, bringing home an average of $1,200 to $1,700 weekly.
Skills You Will Master on the Road
You will spend a month to a month and a half on regional lanes with a veteran driver. The focus is entirely on practical skills that school couldn't teach you. You will develop confident operation of Class A commercial vehicles under real traffic conditions, utilize electronic logging device (ELD) software, maintain strict Hours-of-Service (HOS) compliance, and execute thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections (DVIR).

Qualifications Needed
- An active Class A CDL license in good standing.
- Minimum age of 21 years old.
- Documentation confirming 120+ training hours at an approved truck driving school.
- A driving record free of severe violations or recent major accidents (clean MVR).
- Passing results on a standard DOT medical examination and pre-employment drug screening.
