Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver, Regional Routes - Bloomington, IL

Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in Bloomington, IL. Drivers will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, a great work‑life balance, and a limited time $5,000 hiring bonus.

• Weekly Pay: $903.55 - $2,021.54
• Annual Pay: $46,984.82 - $
• Additional compensation:
  Tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, and more
• Mileage rate: 0.57 - 0.71 CPM, depending on experience
• $1,800 transition package to help you settle in

• Eligibility:
  Drivers currently employed and actively driving
• Payouts:
  Four payments of $1,250 each, made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment
• Ineligible:
  Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience)

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 4+ months of driving experience
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• 1 year truck driving experience preferred (but not required)
• Clean driving record and drug test
• Able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform (tested during orientation)
• Ability to bring a rider aged 7+ after 90 days
