U-Box Customer Care Representative; CDL

Compensation Range: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour.

U-Haul Company is looking for a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR), a local delivery driver responsible for operating flatbed trucks and handling propane or truck-mounted forklifts to load, unload, and transport storage containers for customers.

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided)
• Operate an 8000‑lb propane forklift or a truck‑mounted forklift (training provided)
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations (customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only)
• Participate in ongoing continuous U‑Haul education through U‑Haul University

• Clean motor vehicle driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Department of Transportation certification
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL)

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear may be required (masks, goggles, gloves, shields).

The role requires frequent physical exertion, including long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs, either assisted or unassisted.
