Overview
Need 20 CDL A Company Drivers - full time with Benefits to service new and existing long-term high-volume accounts. Local and Regional work with night shift and weekend shift; work 5 or 6 days per week.
Responsibilities- Service new and existing long-term high-volume accounts.
- Perform local and regional driving assignments.
- Work night shift and weekend shift as required.
- Operate according to assigned routes and schedules; adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
- Compensation is pay-per-performance with established mileage and hour rates.
- Pay per Performance — drivers currently making between $27–$32 per hour.

- 0-100 miles loaded, empty, and bobtail — flat rate.
- 100+ miles — container: $0.80 per mile (loaded and empty).
- 100+ miles — dry van: $0.65 per mile (loaded, empty, and bob-tail).
