The Carriages of Bloomington is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Driver to keep our residence and grounds in good repair and to provide safe transportation for residents. Responsibilities include basic repairs, preparing rooms for new residents, and promptly addressing maintenance requests.
Qualified candidates will have at least one year of maintenance experience, driving experience, and a valid license with insurance. CPR/First Aid certification is provided within 90 days.
