H&R Block -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator supporting the overall district offices;
Support office operations including supplies, facilities, and support issues;
Research and resolve supply and support concerns from offices;
Verify invoices and prepare payments in Coupa or corporate credit card systems;
Maintain knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Suite applications
